Technical affairs department

This department is responsible for all technical support procedures for the unit.

Duties of Technical Affairs Department:

- Preparing forms for all technical procedures of the unit.

- Providing all the software needed for the unit.

- Preparing a schedule for periodic and emergency maintenance of computers and network equipment in the unit.

- Preparing technical specifications for the equipment and software of the unit.

- Determining the needed supplies for the unit and forwarding it to the supervisor of the unit.

- Making sure of the readiness of labs before training sessions.
